1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos or videos of the issue for faster assistance.

• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

We reserve the right to deny claims for damage reported after the 48-hour window.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• For customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us, we cover all return shipping costs.

Furniture items may require special freight carriers; return fees vary based on item size and location.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

• Shipping fees and additional services (assembly, expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your product following the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the normal return process applies.

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled after production has started.
